Elders Update

Elders’ Update #12/2021

Dear Church family,
Greetings in the Name of our blessed Saviour.
Services
This is a brief update on arrangements for Sunday services, following the President’s announcement that the country has moved to adjusted level 2 restrictions. Having prayed often for an easing of restrictions on gathering, we received this news with joy and gratitude to our Father God.
With the increased number that may now be accommodated up to 50% of capacity in the church building,  online registration will no longer be required.
The door stewards will keep a tally of those entering the church, and once the maximum has been reached, folk will be directed to the hall. Seating in the church will be marked out so that social distancing is maintained.

Quarterly General Meeting
Please note that the next QGM will take place after the morning service on Sunday 3rd October. Members who wish to raise matters for possible discussion are to contact Chris McMinn, the Administrator, by Sunday 26th September at the latest.
We remind all members of their privilege and responsibility to participate in this important aspect of the life of the body. Although adherents have no voting rights, they are also welcome to be present and hear reports and feedback from ministry leaders.
Yours in the gospel by grace alone,

The Elders
