Our song of the month for October is “Reformation Song” (Your Word Alone is Solid Ground). The hymn was written for the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, celebrating the great gospel truths recovered in the 16th century that Salvation is by Grace Alone (Sola Gratia), through Faith Alone (Sola Fide), in Christ Alone (Solus Christus), based on Scripture Alone (Sola Scriptura), for the Glory of God Alone (Soli Deo Gloria).
